An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a structured, non-residential treatment for mental health and substance use disorders that provides more intensive care than traditional outpatient therapy, while allowing individuals to maintain their daily lives. It typically involves a combination of group and individual therapy, medication management, and other support services, often meeting several times a week for several hours.

Our Intensive Outpatient Program offers structured, multi-hour sessions several days per week for individuals who need robust support but do not require residential care.

IOP bridges the gap between inpatient and outpatient services, providing the intensity of care necessary to stabilize recovery while clients continue living in their communities.

Treatment includes individual counseling, group therapy, relapse prevention education, and ongoing monitoring. This approach allows clients to develop stability, maintain employment, and fulfill legal obligations while remaining connected to their support systems.
